OUR MISSION
Auxano Collective exists to walk alongside churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations as they navigate growth faithfully and intentionally. We believe growth is not merely expansion, but careful alignment of calling, capacity, culture, systems, and structure; with disciplined execution over time for long-term impact.
OUR VISION
We envision every faith-based organization fulfilling their mission with Kingdom excellence and sustainable impact for His glory.
OUR CALL TO SERVE
“So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.”
— 1 Corinthians 3:7 (ESV)
Our Values
Teamwork
We believe that a unified, collaborative approach offers the outcomes that no individual or siloed effort could ever generate because we are better together.
Relationship
We believe in maintaining healthy, God-honoring relationships with mutual respect, trust and stewardship.
Integrity
We believe integrity is essential for Kingdom excellence demonstrated with honesty, trust, transparency and humility as we serve our clients.
Prayer
We believe that prayer changes everything, so no decision or action is to be made without it.
Service
We believe that it is a great privilege to serve, wholeheartedly, organizations engaged in spreading the gospel and expanding God’s Kingdom.
Our Approach

CONVICTION
Growth that sustains enduring impact requires clear thinking, faithful action and intentional stewardship. We believe that God brings the increase. As the foundation upon which every vision, decision, and strategic action rests, He guides organizations to fulfill their mission with integrity, excellence and enduring impact. When God, your organization, and Auxano Collective work together, for His glory, we become a threefold cord not easily broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12)— positioned to grow what He has entrusted.Growth that sustains enduring impact requires clear thinking, faithful action and intentional stewardship. Our Approach

CONVICTION
Growth that sustains enduring impact requires clear thinking, faithful action and intentional stewardship. We believe that God is the one who brings the increase and without His direction we are bound for less than His best. He is the foundation and cornerstone upon which every idea, decision, course of action, and application rests so that organizations can faithfully execute their mission with integrity, excellence and enduring impact. With God, your organization, and Auxano Collective working together, for His glory, we become the three-fold cord that is not easily broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12)
POSTURE
We do not deliver solutions from a distance. We walk with leaders and their teams in discernment and action.
We work with you, not on you, to help you take your organization to the next level.
Sustainable growth and enduring impact happen when relationships, clarity, trust, accountability, strategic initiatives, operational excellence and integrity, and program execution are cultivated together over time.
Our Story
For more than twelve years, Degna has provided pro-bono counsel, strategic direction, and practical support to startups, nonprofits, churches, Christian schools, and boards in the United States and abroad. In 2019, while attending a nonprofit marketing seminar, she recognized a significant gap in the knowledge and skills many leaders needed to build, sustain, and grow healthy organizations. Simply put, people do not know what they do not know. Moved by compassion for mission-driven organizations serving others, she saw firsthand how a lack of leadership development, operational expertise, compliance awareness, and sound nonprofit practices often limited their effectiveness and long-term sustainability. Knowing that some would struggle to survive, she became increasingly committed to equipping leaders and teams—especially volunteer-dependent organizations—with the clarity, capacity, training and strategic direction needed to reach their next season of impact. Her commitment deepened through personal experiences witnessing organizations unintentionally mismanage and underutilize their greatest resources: people and the time, talent, and treasure entrusted to them. Today, it is her privilege to partner with organizations through Auxano Collective, helping them steward their mission faithfully and pursue sustainable growth with excellence and integrity.
