Information provided through this website, blog, books, videos, templates, or educational resources is intended for educational purposes and does not establish a consulting relationship. A consulting engagement exists only after a written agreement has been executed by both parties. Recommendations should be evaluated within the unique context of each organization.

5. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

 

Consulting retainers, workshops, training events, speaking engagements, and digital products are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

 

 

6. Confidentiality Commitment

 

Auxano Collective is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. Unless authorized by the client or required by law, proprietary organizational information, strategies, donor information, and internal documents will not be disclosed. Client stories or case studies will only be published with appropriate permission or after  anonymization.
